Refund policy
At Aarna, all sales are final, and we do not accept any returns or exchanges for different products.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help! Please ensure you take an unboxing video from the start (before the box is opened) to the end, showing all relevant tags. Send the video and any pictures to aarnajewels.info@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, we won't be able to accept any requests.
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll deliver the exchange for the same product within 5-7 business days.
We do not have any refund policy as we don not entertain any cancellation.
Please note: We reserve the right to decline any exchange request that doesn’t meet our guidelines.
