1. I've placed an order online and need an update. Who do I contact?
Your order will take 1-2 business days to process. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If you have further enquiries, you can mail us at aarnajewels.info@gmail.com.
2. What are your business hours, and how long does it take to get a response?
Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM. We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated!
3. How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free domestic shipping within India.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we are working on it!
5. I’m ordering a gift—do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t offer gift wrapping, but your jewelry will arrive in our elegant Aarna box. If you'd like, you can email us a personal message to include in a note with your order. Just remember to include your order number!
